Ribault Club Geometric Wedding | Fort George Island | Ashley + Ian

So the day may have had a few showers and caused the Ceremony to move inside. However, when the rain cleared it was a beautiful day and just in time for some romantic portraits of Ashley and Ian. When I started the day photographing all the details (rings, dress, invitations, etc.) I fell in love with Ashley’s style. The design choices she made were fabulous! From the geometric decor to the pink tint veil and dress it was all amazing. Then I laid my eyes on her bridal bouquet by The Anti Bride and the florals were stunning! It felt wild and free.

When Ceremony time rolled around I met the most adorable little flower girl and you’ll see below her floral crown was perfection. Since Ceremony was moved inside the space was a bit tight but since it was so quick no one minded. The rain had stopped and everyone moved to the outside patio for cocktail hour and family formal portraits. With all the guests in the back Ashley, Ian and I snuck away to the front of The Ribault Club property to capture some romantic photos of the two of them. Then to get a different background we moved around to the far back next to the river and captured a few more couples portraits there.

Reception Time: The Reception decorations continued with the geometric theme and added candles and greenery on two long tables for guests. Beautiful hand dyed fabric and large chalk boards were used along with stained blocks of wood cut in geometric shapes. Catered dinner was this cool eclectic mix of asian street noodles, fish tacos and custom grilled cheese. Oh and the fab wedding cakes! Just look below for some amazing wedding style.
