HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?

I would describe it as emotional and story led. I look for backgrounds with clean lines and love to shoot all the details that help create your story. Feeling nervous or awkward in front of the camera is completely normal so I give guidance to my couple for poses so images look the best and you get a great variation.

HOW CAN I HOLD MY WEDDING DATE? HOW FAR OUT DO YOU BOOK?

Dates are booked on a first come first serve basis and once you contact me I hold your date for 10 days. Typically weddings are booked 6 to 10 months in advance, but some popular dates book even sooner. Inquire today to see if your date is still open.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Most definitely, YES. I can provide a certificate of liability to your venue if they require it.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR IMAGES?

Images are typically finished within 4 weeks from your wedding date. All other sessions take about 1 week to 10 days.

WHICH PACKAGE DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD GET? DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?

Every wedding is different so its hard to say. We can chat and with a little info about your wedding day I can give you an idea of how much time things would take and what would work best for you. I can customize packages to fit within your needs and budget so let’s chat!

CAN YOU HELP US PLAN OUR TIMELINE FOR THE WEDDING DAY?

For sure! I would love to help with the planning of times and details. This makes the process so much easier and stress-free and having the added benefit of making sure you allow enough time for certain aspects of the wedding day. About a month prior to your wedding date I send out a questionnaire that you two fill out. I then use that info to create a custom timeline to maximize the time you have with family and friends and enjoy the day without feeling overwhelmed.

SHOULD WE DO A FIRST LOOK?

The first look is when couples opt to see each other before the ceremony, and I very highly recommend considering it! It's a special moment shared between the two of you before all the craziness begins. It also helps the schedule flow more smoothly and allows more time for shots of just the two of you. Couples who opt for the first look are able to attend their cocktail hour once family portraits are completed. This is NOT the only option, but it definitely is the BEST option for your photo outcome. The majority of my brides choose to take part in the first look as it proves to be one of the most intimate and special parts of their wedding day. It also gives us time away to spend capturing what will most likely be some of your favorite images.

WILL YOU TRAVEL TO PHOTOGRAPH MY WEDDING?

I love to travel and have been luck enough to have photographed destination weddings both out of state and overseas. Usually anything within an hours travel there is no cost associated. This includes St. Augustine, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, to Ponte Vedra and Glen Saint Mary. Anything outside of Northeast Florida South GA incurs a small travel fee and one to two nights accommodation depending on location, which will be booked by me. WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?

I love to meet my clients and chat in order to ensure we’re a good fit. If you happen to live outside of Jacksonville we can schedule a phone ‘date’ to chat. After chatting I send over an invoice detailing the package you have chosen and an electronic contract. If you don’t have any further questions you can just sign the contract online and a $900 retainer would be due within 7 business days. Once the retainer and contract are received your wedding date is secured. We schedule your payments into two future payments with the final payment due one month prior to your wedding.
