COMMON QUESTIONS:

Q. Do you use a second shooter?
A. Absolutely Yes! I always have a second shooter that captures the wedding from a different angle or assists me with placing people, setting up lighting, carrying equipment, etc.

Q. What camera equipment do you use? Do you have a backup camera?
A. I use all Canon camera equipment which includes a 5D Mark II and 40D. The lenses in my bag include 50mm 1.2L, 70-200 2.8L, 16-35mm 2.8L, 100mm macro.

Q. Do you have liability insurance?
A. Great question ;) Yes I do. This keeps my mind and yours at ease that god forbid something happens to my equipment or other accidents on the job.

Q. Do you travel outside of Northeast Florida to photograph weddings?
A. I love to travel so absolutely! When a wedding or event is more then two hours away I typically stay overnight the night before your big day to ensure there is no possibility of travel delay.

Q. Do you have any discounts or specials?
A. I offer a discount to couples where either the Bride or Groom is active duty military, police and/or firefighters. Let me know and I will gladly apply that discount to your package.

Q. How do I book a wedding with you?
A. Either click HERE or e-mail me at stephanieW@mariestar.com with your name, e-mail, phone number, wedding date and location. Typically we meet at my studio or if you're a destination couple we can have a Skype chat. We discuss your plans, check out some samples and determine if we are a good fit to photograph your wedding day. To secure your wedding date a signed contract and retainer of 50% of your total wedding cost is a must. The remainder is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
